Our story

Created for true lovers of Italian cuisine, Rumore is a place where passion for food and the art of baking Neapolitan pizza come together in a unique experience. Back in 2013, we began our collaboration with maestro pizzaiolo Salvatore Santucci in Naples, whose knowledge and tradition have been woven into our kitchen. Crafted with dough that rests for 48 hours and the finest ingredients from local and Italian sources, each pizza unfolds a flavorful journey from the very first bite.

Shortly after opening, we quickly became a favorite among pizza enthusiasts, and became the first pizzeria in Croatia to receive the prestigious AVPN certificate (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana) – often regarded to as the “Michelin” of pizzerias, awarded exclusively to those who prepare authentic Neapolitan pizza. At Rumore, true culinary enjoyment combines outstanding flavors, expert technique, and the perfect setting. That’s why our terrace offers guests stunning views of Rabac and the Kvarner Bay, providing a magical backdrop to every meal.
